I'm Lena Di, a New York photographer with a studio at 25 Broad St in the Financial District. I photograph headshots for professionals, executives, founders, creatives and whole teams. My approach is simple: you should look confident, approachable and like yourself, not like a stock photo.
Why a fine art photographer for headshots?
I've been a full-time photographer since 2015, and my fine art work has been exhibited in New York and internationally. That training in light and expression is exactly what makes a headshot work. A great headshot isn't just sharp. It has the right light on your face, a relaxed jaw and eyes that connect. I coach you through every frame, so even people who hate being photographed leave with a picture they're proud to use.
LinkedIn headshots in NYC
Your LinkedIn photo is often the first impression a recruiter, client or investor has of you. For LinkedIn I recommend a clean, softly lit look with a little warmth in the expression. The Quick One ($375, 30 minutes, 1 look) is designed for exactly this, and it fits into a lunch hour for anyone working in FiDi or Lower Manhattan. Want options for LinkedIn, your website and a speaker bio? Quick Two ($425, 60 minutes, 3 looks) gives you time for several outfits and backgrounds. Editing is $30 per image for both. If you'd like retouched images included, Package One ($525) includes 60 minutes, about 3 looks and 4 retouched images.
Corporate and team headshots
For companies I photograph consistent, on-brand headshots for websites, pitch decks, press and directories, in my studio or at your office. Pricing is per person and includes one edited photo each:

Adding new hires? Send me a few of your current team photos. I'll match the background, lighting and crop so everyone looks like part of the same company, even when they're photographed months apart.
In the studio or at your office
- Studio: 25 Broad St, New York, NY 10004, steps from Wall Street. It's controlled, consistent and quiet, which is ideal for individuals and small groups.
- Your office: I bring a portable lighting setup and can photograph a whole team in a conference room with minimal disruption. We schedule people in short slots so no one loses more than a few minutes of their day.
- Further afield: I'm based in New York, but I shoot worldwide, so I can photograph teams at other offices too.
How it works
- Message me on WhatsApp or email lena@lenadi.com with the number of people, location and dates. I work by appointment only.
- We agree on the look: background, crop and color or black and white. For teams, I'll suggest a schedule.
- We shoot. I coach expression and posture and show you images on the spot.
- You select and I deliver retouched files, ready for LinkedIn, your website and print.
What to wear for headshots
